If America is serious about getting off foreign oil why don't we get tough and start restricting sales of these gigantic SUVS that guzzle gas? They have become so popular even as gas has become higher and higher some only get like 12 miles to the gallon. The less fuel efficient they are the higher tax they should be hit with each year until it hurts to own one of these things.
